I had both arthritus, and art’left’is. Started about 20 years ago. Main attributer was poor dietary habits. I changed to a wholesome balanced intake, moderate exercise. No arthritic pain now or inflammation. Unfortunately due to previous poor bodily self care, some problems I have are a tad late to resolve, but I can reduce.
After 40 years of carpentry, my hands and knees were shot, but I started keto and IF four years ago TODAY and the arthritis I HAD in both areas is completely gone! Ten years ago, when I retired, I could barely grasp a cup of coffee and if I kneeled down, I’d have to pull myself up on an end table or whatever. All that inflammation is gone now and it’s truly unbelievable!
This is quite alarming! When I was pregnant 38 and 31 years ago I never needed iron tablets. I also had to have emergency surgery after the second birth and again was told my iron was very high. In fact the nurse said I could have done with losing more blood! The doctors told me not to worry as the body DOES NOT RETAIN excess iron, which I contrary to what you are writing.
I’m 58 now and have osteo in my spine and chronic osteo in one of my feet. Can’t help wondering now if it is all connected 🙁
